It's in that first link Clark sent, but what I do is open the PDF in Preview and then expiort as a jpeg. There are some manipulations you can try to see what works best for you.
WHen I exported, it gave me a second window with all the pages. Selecting a page (or anything else that seemed intuitive) only gave me the option of converting that single page, which I was able to do. So I assume that's what I have to do with each page. CK's instructions said to select "File" again after converting all pages, but the second window doesn't give me that option. Selecting an individual page does. So again, I'm assuming I have to do each page individually. But I'm posting all this in case it's user error, and y'all can direct me.
I would LOVE Gimp to do them all at once, as Photoshop does.

OK, I tried it. I'm thinking now I have to export each image from the PDF individually? Is that right?
You could convert the whole PDF and then crop, cut, and paste each image from it. You need to be mindful of the fiile names as you go.

Have you tried LibreOffice Draw? I have used it to convert from PDF to image formats and vice versa with considerable success. Also, it is quite free.
