Traitor's Purse is one of Margery Allingham's novels about her detective hero Mr. Campion. Apparently Peter Davison starred as Campion in a 1989-90 TV show.

 

He did.  I recall it being pretty good, too.  Led me to read a number of the Campion novels.

 

In The Prisoner of Zenda the English double of the king of the fictional country of Ruritania replaces the king when he is kidnapped. The book has been filmed a number of times; the 1937 version, starring Ronald Colman, is terrific.

The Kirby Museum website has images here of some unused Hulk pages, reportedly from 1962. The Hulk is in hospital, with a bandaged head. Rick has become a star high school basketball player, and is going to play in a big game. A guy in dark glasses with a moustache makes a deal with a midget. As the big game gets underway Rick plays well. Glasses's adult hirelings don masks to disguise themselves as teens so they can take part in the game. They play dirty, roughing Rick up. Rick spots Glasses, somehow recognises him as the responsible party (the Hulk singles him out on the final page), and telepathically summons the Hulk. The Hulk takes care of the bad guys.

"Geisterstunde" means "Ghost Hour". Google translates it as "Witching Hour", so apparently it's a standard expression and "Witching Hour" is its English equivalent. The guy is saying "Wha.. how? Damn! Pay or put them back again! This isn't a library!!" The ghost is repying "But... but... today is Free Comic Day!"

 

The text on the left says the comic contains stories from the magazines Horror Schocker ("Horror Shocker") and Welten des Schreckens ("World of Terror"), and a new, exclusive tale.
