Promises, promises.
I've been teased about the Death of the New Gods enough times, not to fall for this.
They genuinely do not need Inhumans. Mutants are more interesting, and cover much the same ground. Kill off everyone but the Royal Family and nobody would notice. Heck, kill off everyone but Black Bolt and Lockjaw and nobody would notice.
Do not touch Lockjaw.
"Oh, look, Ms.Marvel and all the other characters we thought were Inhumans were actually mutants. Sorry about that, I misplaced a decimal point!"
Oops, forgot about Ms. Marvel. Because I think of her as a mutant. He powers came at adolescence, she never lived in Attilan, she's as American as Peter Parker and she doesn't call Black Bolt "your highness."
I'm with you, Baron. Just maker her (and any other stray, interesting Inhumans) mutants and be done with it. Hey, they did it in reverse with Wanda and Pietro, and they'd been around since 1963!
