  • I think Disney's recent use of Charlie Cox in Spider-Man No Way Home and Vincent D'Onofrio in Hawkeye pretty much guarantees that they intend to use them in the new show(s). Not formally announcing them probably just means that the actors and their representatives haven't signed a contract yet.

I also want to see Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter return as their characters. Colter is currently appearing as a lead character in the terrific series Evil, which moved from CBS to Peacock. Hopefully he could do both. While I'm here, I'd like to recommend the series Law & Order: Criminal Intent, which for most of its ten seasons primarily starred Vincent D'Onofrio as edgy, sometimes even scary, detective Bobby Goren. This series hasn't received as much love and other L&O series. It moved from NBC to the USA Network halfway through its run. Also, the series Covert Affairs (unfortunate title) that the was dissed in the AV Club article, was actually very good. It ran for five seasons on the USA Network and was about a tough, smart CIA agent played by Piper Perabo.

  • What, no love for Iron Fist? Just kidding. Nobody loved Iron Fist.

All jokes aside, though, I'd love to see Jessica Henwick back as Colleen Wing. Her on-screen storyline was a tortured mess, but she's good enough to overcome bad material. Simone Missick was decent as Misty Knight, too.

And I agree that Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter deserve to be back as well. Not to mention Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle. The Marvel Netflix shows really cast their leads well.

    Except for, you know.
