I saw that Titan Books had , in fact , put out an American-targeted DOCTOR WHO INSIDER , meant to be different from their long-established UK-issue DOCTOR WHO MAGAZINE , which I bought at least semi-regs 'til ( Sniff ! ) my financial status , and ,( Baw !!!!! ) my lack of cable left me SO BEHIND on the modern-day series that , well.........:-( !!!

I bought a DWI at th' " ol' " LCS , attracted by a story about the Titan paperbacks actually!...Um , what , exactly , is the difference between DWM and DWI ?

I don't believe the ( Yanks' ) price is all that different actually and the VFM , at least in words ( Or the freebie posters/even audio CDs and even DVDs?? ) that DWM has been known to offer , bagged within , probably makes the differenceeven less yet...) might be less , perhaps , for DWI...I am also aware that Titan also puts out a DOCTOR WHO ADVENTURES " for our younger readers " mag in the UK , though I've never seen a copy .

Does DWI even re-use- re-purpose/-write - material from THAT even ???????????

As long as you have Internet capability, keeping up with the new series is extremely easy.  My genius cable company decided to drop BBC America last year, and I still haven't missed an episode.

  • ...I bought DWM for the first time in a long time to-day , mostly I'm on a financial upswing now...:-)...And , the Sophie Aldred/Ace cover attracted me , and the thought that with the show on hiatus there's me some more old stuff than usual in it...
