1)The Partition of India is another era I know little about. This season makes me want to read more history.

4)As with "Rosa", we see that human malice is worse than any fictional aliens.
5)And another one where the Doctor didn't so much have a threat to fight, as she just had to let things happen.
Overall: Another moving historical episode.
