This is not a request. This is, however, the title of the new Sam Raimi film. I typically don't like to watch a lot of films dealing with hell and demons and whatnot but this is Sam Raimi doing horror, how could I pass it up?

This is a fun, scary movie. And since this is a Sam Raimi horror, there's a few funny moments. Not as many as in Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness, this film is more serious than those. But I still laughed at times, it helped to ease the tension.

This is one for the Raimi fans out there, you won't be dissapointed.

It tickles me that Up and Drag Me to Hell opened on the same weekend. Talk about movies that go in very different directions. :)
I'm glad to hear this is good; I'm thinking of asking Kathy if she's interested in this one...
And it beat Terninator this weekend! I'm trying to organize a guys' movie night for this one in a couple of weeks...
I think you guys will like this. I've seen comments by long-time Raimi fans saying they laughed all the way through. I didn't think it was that funny. It has it's moments, that's for sure. But to me this pretty scary thoughout. There a few scenes that are disturbing. I scare easy though. Also because of the subject matter and the fact I had a weird feeling the rest of the weekend I probably won't be seeing it again. Don't let that deter you. I had a fun time seeing this and it was very well made and acted. One time was enough for me though.
