I don't know whether you'd consider Doralla Kon, "The Girl from the Super-Fast Dimension" worth including in the list.  AFAIK, she only ever made two appearances, in Flash #145 (June 1964) and #157 (December 1965).

She did, however, sport Princess Leia's hairstyle long before the princess herself!

P.S. While looking for this image, I found an online list of DCU speedsters here at hyperborea.org that you may want to check out.

Sure, I'd consider her.  I doubt very much that she'd consider me, though!

Thanks for the link, I'll check it  out.

As previously noted somewhere, I added Anatole, Bebeck and Cassiopia to the list.I missed Kugel and Lenny, I'll have to research them.

There is Red Trinity from Flash #7 (Wally West series) and Kapitalist Kourier (and Kugel and Lenny) from #12.

OK, when I Google Kugel and Lenny, the first thing that comes up is this list.

I must be getting senile---I should've thought of this one right off: Jack B. Quick, the analogue for Marvel's Quicksilver on the Heroes of Angor, from "Batman---King of the World", JLA # 87 (Feb., 1971).

You're right! Inshould've thought of him, tooo
