*Sarcasm mode engaged* I wonder WHO will the fourth member be? (There's an idea. The Doctor as a member of the FF! Nah, Reed would end up being redundant) Is it anniversary issue time already?
Well, I'd hate to say "I told you so", but if Hickman was going to (under orders?) to revive the Fantastic Four, I would prefer to see him either bring in Spider-man or a new fourth member instead of Johnny making a comeback.
Yet remember: we never actually saw the Human Torch die, let alone had a body in the casket at the memorial service.
Also, unless anyone can say otherwise, the Original Human Torch and Toro haven't been seen since The Invaders Now mini. I think Johnny is still alive in the Negative Zone. Annihilus produced a shirt but that proves nothing!
Yes but she went from the mother figure of the MU to another pin-up type! I blame John Bryne, Greg Pak and Jessica Alba! And I can forgive Jessica Alba! ;-)
According to this, FF No. 1 rolled off the presses 50 years ago TODAY. (Comics were typically dated 3 months ahead of actual publication, so as comic book dated Nov. '61 would have been on newsstands in Aug. '61.)

So if Reed was, say, 25 in 1945, then he'd be 91 today! Unstable molecules, indeed!
Even if Sue was 10 years younger, she'd still be 81 today! Certainly not the uber-babe of FF!
