I was watching the Savage/Warrior "retirement" match on disk last night, and it came to the ending where Elizabeth threw Sherri out of the ring, and the thought came to me, "Both of these women are dead now, it's depressing."

Armstrong was on one of the first wrestling shows I saw. I think he was in a match with the Stomper.

I never got to see him wrestle.  He doesn't seem to have worked up North.

No, but he was all over the South. You can easily find some of his matches on YouTube. Unfortunately, the video quality on a lot of it hasn't held up well.

Anyone here watch the Vice series Dark Side of the Ring? I get it through Hulu, and I finished season 2 about 2 weeks ago. I think its great, and I haven't watched wrestling regularly is years.

I remember "No Holds Bar: The Movie and the Match"! Zeus was also in that year's Survivor Series but he never got a one-on-one match with Hogan "for real".
