I was watching the Savage/Warrior "retirement" match on disk last night, and it came to the ending where Elizabeth threw Sherri out of the ring, and the thought came to me, "Both of these women are dead now, it's depressing."

Andre knew he wouldn't live to a ripe old age though, and lived life to the fullest while he could.  It's still sad of course.

Btw, I would give this a recommendation to anyone, wrestling fan or not, it is excellent.

He was pretty good in The Princess Bride. Lots of fantasy films were being made back then. Why didn't he get more of that kind of work? Who, making a fantasy, wouldn't want a real giant in his movie?

Chyna has died.    Another sad story.

Agreed.  May she rest in peace.

  She was quite the powerhouse.

The WWE had a great video memorial package for Chyna last night on RAW.

The problem is that they reminded everyone of her importance during her run so one now cannot help but ask why ISN'T Chyna in the Hall of Fame?

Any fans of Lucha Underground here?

Jimmy Snuka has died.  Story.

Chavo Guerrero Senior has died. A shame. Didn't get chance to see him much, only when he was "Chavo Classic" for Vince.

Damn! He was one of my favorites. He did an excellent Tor Johnson.

I have to say I'd started to hate seeing new posts to this topic, since most are announcements we've lost someone.

Oh, damn.
