Added the Valkyrie and the Sky Witch from Top 10:The Forty-Niners. It just occurred to me that Moore may have based the Sky Witch on the Valkyrie.

From Archie, there's Superteen (Betty Cooper) and Miss Vanity (Veronica Lodge).
There's Captain Liberty from the first The Tick series. She was an "upgraded" version of American Maid but her own character.
Impact Comics had a female Jaguar.
Fathom and Morningstar from Comico's Elementals
Amber and Rainbow from DNAgents
Blazer and Diviner from Justice Machine
