On the plus side, ABC gives full-season pickups to The Goldbergs and Trophy Wife,

On the minus side, Back in the Game got canceled.

I am glad that The Goldbergs has been renewed for another season.

Something interesting from The Wall Street Journal, about how comedies undergo course corrections: "This TV Season's New Comedies and Their Midcourse Corrections"

The two on the list of potential/likely cancellations that I would miss are The Neighbors and Raising Hope. I don't watch the rest.

Has anyone seen Rake on Fox yet? I watched the second episode last week, and I thought it was pretty good. I've always found Greg Kinnear really likeable though.

I liked the first episode. My wife did not. I have not watched the second yet.
