Sarcastic response to well-meaning signs.

I seriously haven't laughed this hard since I first watched MST3K 20 years ago. My jaw and chest hurt from laughing so hard.

  • What Jeff said ;)
  • I smiled a few times. "Check by RADAR" was my favorite.
  • Thanks, Dagwan.  I've seen this before but it's just as funny the second time.
  • My favorites, in order of appearance: The speed radar, the ones involving men's rooms (both surprisingly clean), the crane, Bill Posters, 2B, the voting booth, the calorie count, the alarmed door, the bacon dispenser,  and "Hammertime!"

But while I didn't see it amongst the collection, I have seen a few street signs in my life that genuinely said Lois lane.

Wonder what they would do with that?

I remember one subdivision where someone took the theme a little farther and had the intersection of Kent and Luthor. I kid you not, but I digress...

And as for Dagwan's other reference in his post...

    I cried at that one.
  • Bill Posters is an innocent man!

    love that one.

  • My favorite (and of course it would be):  "Push button. Recieve bacon."
  • I grew up near a Lois Lane, I didn't notice that sign get stolen with any frequency. It did always amuse me.
