Which characters would you like to see in DC comics' Brave & The Bold tv show?

Here are a few of my choices:
Animal man, Mr. District Attorney, Dial H For Hero, Brother Power The Geek, Johnny Thunder and Thunderbolt, Jonni Thunder, Abush Bug, Inferior Five, Metal Men, Sea Devils, Hourman (The original), Ragman, Doctor 13 and any parallel universe man of steel like red Son for example. To name a few.

I like your choices. Mark. Have him teaming up with a bad Star Sapphire works for me. How well or not would the hero work with the villain especially if their motives and modus operandi are different. He did team up with the Joker in one of the episodes.
Here are some more choices: The Odd Man, Sand, Doctor Mid-Nite (any one of them), Mister Terrific, Major Force, Power Girl, Black Adam, Judomaster (either one), Justice League Elite and Vera Black. To name a few.

Good picks, Marc. Here are a few more of mine. Cave Carson, Congo Bill, Lobo and Superwoman.

Ooh, I'd *love* to see Jonni Thunder!

I'd like to see Firestorm, Cyborg, Impulse (Bart Allen), and Blue Devil as well.

Good choices, Rob. I especially like Jonni Thunder as a choice. Saaaay. Did Jonni Thunder exist on earth-1 or earth-2 prior to the Crisis of the Infinite Earths aftermath? Here are more choices of mine: legion of Substiute Heroes, Streaky the supercat, Major Bummer and the rest of the title's cast and Rima (Remember her from the Super friends show?)

John Constantine - cursing like a soldier and puffing his way through a packet of Lucky Strikes? Perhaps protecting the young women of Gotham from Doctor Light?

Good choices from Capn Trips and Figserello. Here are more of mine. The original secret six, the suicide squad, Ace the bathound, Bat-girl, Batwoman (the original) and earth-1 Johnny Thunder.

Julian - Jonni Thunder was an Earth-2 character, and even appeared in an issue of Infinity Inc. (I know, I know, even my mother appeared in an issue of Infinity Inc. She was the one in the taxi... you couldn't have missed her! ;) )

The issue with character appearances on B&B is that its animation style is so different that any existing animated versions will be tough. So Teen Titans, Justice League, Superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes would be kind of difficult - IF one is expecting those animated versions.

Myself, I'd like to see some of the classic B&B characters. Someone once made a list of the most frequent guests from the comics, and the top three (IIRC) were Sergeant Rock, Green Arrow, and the Metal Men.

Now, who wouldn't want to see the Metal Men animated? And this show's tone is just right for them! SAF requests the Metal Men, please!

I would enjoy seeing the original Teen Titans appear; they've not been seen on TV since the old Filmation cartoons (and those didn't have Robin... and for my money, the Teen Titans without Robin is the Avengers without Captain America. Oh, sure, it works, and it's fun - but it's not quite what I expect.) And TT is also something of a gateway to introduce the Flash and Wonder Woman (Aquaman and GA already having appeared.)

Batman and Superboy - well, first they'll have to do Batman and Superman, and who's counting on that happening any time soon?

I hear that the Marvel Family is already slated in - HAPPY FOGEY! HAPPY FOGEY!!! banana Photobucket Photobucket

Robby Reed would be great; Chris King and Vicki Grant would be just as great!

Blindly obvious - J'onn J'onzz. Certainly a winner from where I sit.

Out of left field - how about the Doom Patrol? Seeing them as old friends of Batman would be rather fun.

Further out of left field - Maybe a female contingent of the JSA - Power Girl, Stargirl, Cyclone, and Liberty Belle. Why? Shucks, why not?

WAY out of left field - Let's get the lawyers excited and get Blue Jay, Silver Sorceress, Wandjina, and Jack B. Quick as guests!

I remain,

Thank you, Eric for the information about Jonni Thunder's appearance in Infinity inc. (Got to get that issue). I also like your analysis of whey some characters would not work given the animation style. You also have some interesting choices. i would love to see the Metal Men appear as well as the original Teen Tiatns. How about Teen Titans West? I woould also love to see the original Doom Patrol appear. Saaay. Do you think that Flex Metallo would work as a guest appearance on Brave & The Bold, especialy given the animation style?
