IFanboy is my favorite by far. 11 O'Clock is best for long car trips--anywhere from 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours.
Cool. I'm on the lookout for some good podcasts. The more mainstream ones seem to have theswe self satisfied buffoons laughing away at how fine their opinions are. They are hard to listen to...
House to Astonish impressed me the one time I listened to it. I'll tune into it again.

Honestly, this is one of the "discoveries" I've made as a result of listening to podcasts such as the one (I believe) recommended this book: 11 O'Clock Comics. I remember I downloaded this one for a road trip I was going to take to Chicago for a karate tournament one weekend a couple years back, and gave it a listen despite their meandering beyond the world of comics, and I kind of came to love their camaraderie or lack thereof, and I've listened ever since. It's fun to listen to them, and sometimes even get some great recommendations made so strongly that I will order them off Amazon or In Stock Trades sight unseen, as with Orc Stain.
Other books I've bought without hesitation (and not regretted) because of them: The Someday Funnies and Vampire Boy.
What decided you to get it in the first place Jeff? Must be lots of Fantasy comics out there?

Orc Stain is incredible. Very crazy, tribal alien stuff, but you can somehow get the characters enough to care about what happens. I ate up the first TPB, and can't wait for the next one to come out.

Jeff, I don't read Avengers anymore, but my retailer described it as "Everyone sits around eating sandwiches, and then every four issues they fight Norman Osborn."
Hmmm. It was pizza the Avengers sat around eating back when I was following it. Whilst they watched the Mighty Avengers save the world on the news chanel.
