Good and Evil Deeds Stimulate Surprising 'Superpowers'

The human mind is a very powerful force. As a rule, we can do much more than we think we can do; we can run longer, lift more, do things that our conscious minds tell us just can't be done. Everyone knows stories of people who have made miraculous recoveries from debilitating medical conditions ("He was supposed to die in eight days; twelve years later, he laughs at that story.")

I think the story shows a facet that we just don't often recognize, that our minds, with the right stimulation, enable us a bit more than we think we are able to do.

I was tought at an early age that "A good deed is it's own reward", and it looks like that was correct!

I believe in the power of positive thinking and the results that one can achieve because of it.
