Ok, how about this for an idea.  We take it in turns to post a favourite (British spelling) comic cover every day.  This went really well on the comic fan website that I used to frequent.  What we tried to do was find a theme or subject and follow that, until we all got bored with that theme.  I'd like to propose a theme of letters of the alphabet. So, for the remainder of October (only 5 days) and all of November, we post comic cover pictures associated with the letter "A".  Then in December, we post covers pertaining to the letter "B".  The association to the letter can be as tenuous as you want it to be. For example I could post a cover from "Adventure Comics" or "Amazing Spider Man".  However Spider Man covers can also be posted when we're on the letter "S".  Adventure Comic covers could also be posted when we're on the letter "L" if they depict the Legion of Super Heroes.  So, no real hard, fast rules - in fact the cleverer the interpretation of the letter, the better, as far as I'm concerned.

And it's not written in stone that we have to post a cover every day. There may be some days when no cover gets posted. There's nothing wrong with this, it just demonstrates that we all have lives to lead.

If everyone's in agreement I'd like to kick this off with one of my favourite Action Comic covers, from January 1967. Curt Swan really excelled himself here.

It’s been awhile, let’s see what Little Audrey is up to

I promised myself that I would only do ONE cover each of Man-Wolf and Werewolf By Night for June!

Did his arms disappear in the moonlight?

Of course, full moons often conjure up thoughts of romance...

Not completely sure here, but it looks as though the Moon may be getting mooned...

My Man-Wolf. Not as good as Jonah having to shoot his own son.

It's only a paper moon...

Moon-boy

Barry, you're in a cemetery with a full moon! Run!!!

Is it just me, or is that nifty cover ruined by the revelation that the story is about the mysterious, dark and/or thrilling revelation about the Flash's lawyer?

Was there a meeting at DC where they said... "We've done gorillas... We've done dinosaurs... What we think will sell next are cover discussing the service people associated with various superheroes. C'mon! We need stories about Batman's chiropractor and Superman's plumber... Oooh, maybe we can arrange a tie-in with Mario Brother on that one. Nightwing's barber. Wonder Woman's waxer. Next Monday, I want to see a cover implying we're going to plumb the dark secrets of Animal Man's proctologist. Let's sell some comics, people!"

IIRC, and I'm too lazy to look it up, Flash's lawyer hated him, something to do with her deceased father who the Flash apparently failed to save. Not the ideal condition for someone defending you against murder charges!

Why?  Hal didn't.

Bruce, it appears, is in no position to run (in which case, who's that leaning on the gravestone?)
