The Island Entertainment Expo, aka IEX, scheduled for March 28-29 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, has ben postponed and will be rescheduled for later this year.

Penguicon (in Southfield, MI this year from April 24-26) remains tentatively on for now, but that decision may change based on how events progress.

My mistake. Comicpalooza is May 22-24, not March. Now I understand why they haven't decided yet.

Although it is still awaiting a final decision, Triad Anime Convention is now saying that people should "go forward as if the con is canceled."
