In no particular order, here are the conventions that have been cancelled or postponed because of concern for COVID19/Coronavirus. All Round Table members are invited to add or update the list.

Seattle’s Emerald City Comic-Con has been postponed to some time this Summer.
WonderCon Anaheim 2020 has been postponed to a later date. At this point the San Diego Con is still on schedule.
Toronto Comic Con has been cancelled.
Electronic Entertainment Expo 2020 (E3), originally scheduled for this June at the Los Angeles Convention Center, has been cancelled as an in-person event. It may be scheduled as a virtual event.
Louisiana Comic Con has been cancelled.
The Massachusetts Northeast Comic Con’s March show has been cancelled. Their shows later in the year are still scheduled.
Planet Comic Con (Kansas City) is postponed to a later date.
TFCon (Orlando, Florida), for Transformers fans has been cancelled.
Colorado Anime Fest scheduled for March 20-22 is not certain. They have suspended new registrants while making a decision.
Triad Anime Convention in North Carolina scheduled for March 20-22 is not certain. Decision is pending.
Sac Con (Sacramento, California) is being postponed from March 22 to June 7.
Comicpalooza (Houston, Texas) scheduled for March 22-24 is not certain. Decision is pending.
Fan Expo - Dallas (Dallas, TX) - scheduled for March 27-29 has been postponed to June 19-21

At present, Ad Astra in Toronto (May 1-3, 2020) still tentatively plans to go ahead.
Yes, the Toronto Comic Con that was to be on March 20-22 is the one cancelled.

I wasn't correcting the list. I was adding to the list. Sorry if there was any confusion. I am involved with Ad Astra. The board had just sent a message confirming that, for now, it is still happening. It is an entirely different event from Comic Con.
I am awaiting word on Michigan's Penguicon (April 24-26)-- the board is virtually meeting this weekend and may have a decision.

I mainly addressed the conventions that were scheduled for the remainder of March. There were several cons that were scheduled for the first weekend of March that I assume went ahead as scheduled. The Mole (Hulk?) convention in Mexico City sounded like it was unaffected. I'll be following up on the ones that said they were in the process of deciding. As we get deeper into March I'll start checking on cons scheduled for April.
All-Con in Dallas, Texas, was to be March 11-15. It actually began, but was forced to close on March 13.
Manga-Comic-Con 2020 scheduled for March 12-15 in Leipzig, Germany, has been cancelled.
The Supanova Comic and Gaming Expo in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia, scheduled for March 13-14 appears to have proceeded as scheduled.
