• In an investor call to-day, Marvel announced plans for a Fantastic Four feature to be directed by Jon Watts. This of course marks the FF's's introduction into the MCU. The two 00s FF Fox films tend to be seen as misfires and the 2015 FF flick was seen as a disaster - it was based on the Ultimate Universe FF, BTW. I recall, speaking of the Ulti-verse, an issue of the short-lived Ultimate Marvel Team-Up with the FF that was declared quickly to not be in continuity.

It will be very interesting to finally (we hope) see the Fantastic Four work on the big screen.

Any rumours (or thoughts) about casting?

Will Reed be one of the students funded by Stark?

...What did you think of the Jessica Alba FF films? I saw the first theatrically and the second - based o n my first FF arc, #s 57-60 so an affectionate favorite of mine - on TV.
