  • ...I want " A Hundred Years...Lost - Strayed - Or Stolen ! " next !!!!!!!!!!! ( Which I happen to think is quite a good story , actually . )

And the Alan Funt/Candid Camera/phone booth cover !!!!!!!!!!! I was just recently remembering that one...

  • I thought it would be 'Our Worlds at War'.

Having just seen that one frame, I now see that John Byrne can never say ANYONE did anything wrong in their handling of a superhero ever.

Please tell me that's not Big Barda in the frame there too.

    Stupid Hipsters...

  • ...Figws , then , would (Assuming that it is not Time/Earner-authorized .) , would you be happy this time to see T-W's law school grads go after the manufacturers , sellers , and possibly everyone else in that shirt's chain and reduce them to the homeless side of Homeless Or Hipster?? and finding Occupying to be step up as a viable career choice ???????

  • I liked that story! Seriously. I thought it was fun. They were both being brainwashed. I think that may have been a first for Barda, and probably the thirtieth for Superman.

  • When I heard "one of the worst Superman stories," this is EXACTLY the story I was thinking of.

  • It makes Bryne's "Superman Dreaming About Wonder Woman" sequences seem tame! I thought it then and still think it now that Bryne wanted to boost Supes' image by making him sexually active. Not a Boy Scout but an Action star, pun intended.

Unfortunately, Barda was one of the few DC women who could survive the Man of Steel's passion, providing, of course, that he wasn't "faster than a speeding bullet"! Luckily Bryne never did the obvious sequel where Barda makes Kal take a paternity test!

  • DC worry about Clark being pictured having a beer with his Pa, then license that image?

I did, too. I can think of worse.

  • Wait...Superman being brainwashed into having sex with his friend's wife and then the friend being shown the tape...you can think of worse?
