I've got to be careful. For me it's like THIS (May 30).
Supergirl meets Mary Marvel for the first time, for the second time (which kind of undercuts the next story).
Actually, no it doesn't, now that I think of it. (That's the "Matrix" version of Supergirl.) I should also have pointed out that "Lost Girls" by Gail Simone and Emma Kubert, is really a very touching story, "dedicated to all the orphaned, adopted, and foster children of the world. May you find the family you deserve!"
Does anyone know if DC ever collected Supergirl's original early 1970s series before that title was folded with Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen's books to become The Superman Family?
Not yet (but I've been calling for it).
SUPERGIRL #15:
The conclusion of the Kandor storyline; Lesla-Lar becomes Luminary and stays in Kandor; outside the bottle city, Supergirl forms Super Force; aspect of this story continue in Superman #40. The two-page "Welcome to Metropolis" editorial feature (in all issues of every super-titles) is a good way to follow what's going on in the S-titles without necessarily following them all. Superman (who has been missing since the conclusion of "K.O.") returns in Action comics #1100. At that point, I will likely drop Action (which I had been following for Mark Waid's "Superboy") and continue reading just Supergirl.
