I'd like to see if I can get this list up to one thousand. I'm sure that I've missed a lot of obvious ones, and even more obscure ones.

More good suggestions. Ms. Mystic was the only one that was already on the list.

There's Jonni Thunder, star of the four-issue minseries Jonni Thunder a.k.a. Thunderbolt (February-August 1985). This is an updating of the concept from the Golden Age title All-Star Comics.
Here, Jonni Thunder is a private investigator who sports a white man-tailored pantsuit, black blouse and white necktie, investigating the murder of her father, and can become a Thunderbolt herself (until she couldn't).
Ooh, I forgot all about her!

The group of Wonder Women doesn't include Queen Hippolyta, who served in the role during World War II (at least when John Byrne was writing and drawing the title).
Also, the group of Green Lanterns ought to include Katma Tui and Arisia.
Good points.

I've never even heard of Jonni DC, What an odd character!
Visually she's a female version of Johnny DC, a house ad character from the Silver Age. The Ambush Bug series and its successors were full of metafictional jokes.
There's a lot that I don't know abouit Silver Age DC.
