I'd like to see if I can get this list up to one thousand. I'm sure that I've missed a lot of obvious ones, and even more obscure ones.

Added Arsenic and Princess Powerful from Runaways.
How about these: One of my favorite one-shot heroines was Roberta the Girl Wonder from Star-Spangled Comics #103 from April 1950--Mary Wills, one of Dick Grayson's classmates, has a crush on Robin, and trains herself to become his female counterpart. Until he shuts her down. Clearly the prototype for Kathy & Betty/Bette Kane a few years later.
There's also the Thara Ak-Var version of Flamebird who was partnered with the Chris Kent/Lor-Zod Nightwing back when he was ill-advisedly aged up.
Finally, I offer the Red Beetle, Sara Butters, who joined the JSA in #48 of the third volume of their title in April 2011. If anyone can explain to me what the deal was with her, I'd love to know.
Good suggestions. Can't believe I forgot the Red Beetle She just sort of showed up in the JSA book one day and they took her in.

I've run into another patriotic heroine: USA, the Spirit of Old Glory, in Quality's Feature Comics.
Good one! Thanks, LB!

Perhaps Atlas/Seaboard's Devilina (the Devil's sister, but wholly a good guy), Emma Bishop from Ruse, Sapphire from the TV show Sapphire and Steel, Marvel's Topaz, Agatha Harkness, the White Queen, Sage, the ladies from Sovereign Seven (which I've never read).
Interesting suggestions, LB. Not sure I'd personally trust Emma Frost, but I guess she's benn a "good guy" for a while, now.
