I'm sure that I'm missing a bunch of obvious ones - including forty years of super-sentai teams that I'll look up at some point.
I've left off hero agencies like the Hero Association from One-Punch Man or Hero Hotline, and non-super hero teams like the Challengers of the Unknown.

Drak Pack : Added
And what about the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers?: I feel as though they're covered by the forty-odd super-sentai teams, which they're basically localizations of.

You have the Great Lakes Avengers, the Mystery Men, and the Inferior Five, but I don't see the Freshmen:
And does Mystery, Inc. count as superheroes? They have a talking dog, and Shaggy and Scooby do appear to have metahuman leanings in their ability to consume food and pull amazing disguises from nowhere.
You didn't see the Freshmen bcause I'd never heard of them, but I will add them.
As for Mysteries, Inc., you forgot to add that Velma has super-strength (She's frequently seen running while carrying the other four), but no. :)
