The answer is, of course, wait for Teen Titans #1. But what about the classic Silver Age Titans? And Wolfman and Perez's? This is what we know and it's not a lot. And I don't have all the books yet and am relying heavily on what the rest of you have said about Red Hood and the Outlaws.
The only positive evidence I've seen has been the Nightwing persona and read that Dick and Roy (Arsenal) Harper know each other. But that's slim pickings indeed!
BTW, is Starfire's new "interpretation" a way to remove her as competition versus Barbara Gordon for Nightwing's affections? Making her "bad" so readers will feel Dick is better off without her?

In fact, his abilities and weapons should be grafted onto Aquaman!
"Grafting weapons onto Aquaman" is an unfortunate choice of words.
Starfire: Alien powerhouse to Living sex-toy. I didn't plan on getting RH&TO but now feel that I have to in order to see exactly how this horrendous development is rationalized!
Honest, honey, I'm just buying it to see why it's so awful. Also, I just buy Playboy for the articles.
Now, now Doctor, I have bought Playboy for the articles, though I have no regrets over the Charisma Carpenter pictorial! :P
What I meant was I want to read the actual words used to describe her condition and how the frat-boys justify their behavior. And to see if Kory still had a relationship with Dick Grayson.
As for Aquaman, I would rather have morphing hard-water weapons over a permanent harpoon! If only to make bathroom trips much safer! ;-)

Gah! That's only encouraging them! Do NOT do this!
Nothing good will come from this, I think!
Well, they maybe got you to buy one of their crummy comics...
Maybe it's time they revealed Donna to be some sort of Alien reincarnating amnesiac thingy (hope I'm not geting too technical there)
That way it would be perfectly normal for her "race" to wake up every so often with a complete new origin and no knowledge of previous ones,in fact they could add a Dial H for Hero angle to it with readers coming up with more and more ridiculous origins and story lines for her.

Yeah, why should the pros have all the fun?
I prefer the David Tennant Wonder Girl to the Matt Smith one.

If they do bring back Donna Troy (and who knows--the blonde one could be her), no matter what origin they give her, someone will give her a different one later depending if they want her linked to Wonder Woman or not!
Who knows? They might even find a decent super-hero name for her!
