His "replacement" is actually Ulik in disguise, and the idea that everyone remembers him as the god of thunder is actually a spell, not a factor of the Asgardian's mythical nature, as we were led to believe. So it really couldn't last long, since it was an evil plot.

I look at the Hulk vs. Emma Frost picture and think "this fight is over in about two seconds, when that big green fist lands." Am I missing something here? The Hulk can shatter diamond, and, um, well, that's it.
Ditto Archangel vs. Daredevil. All things being equal, flying guy beats non-flying guy handily, no matter how fast non-flying guy can hop around. See: Any fight between a raptor and a rabbit.
Iron Man should reallllllllllllllllly be nowhere near Magneto!
The Beast can't hurt Luke Cage. Ms. Marvel vs Rogue is personal. It would be great if Firestar got involved with the Spidey/Iceman clash. Angel vs Devil, what's not to understand? Emma should try to charm the Hulk. The only one I don't "get" is Spider-Woman vs Gambit, but then I'm no big fan of Gambit. A phoney Thor means a phoney fight!
And where is Cyclops?
I'm assuming Cyclops vs. Captain America. Cyclops vs. Wolverine was just a few months ago, wasn't it?
As for Iron Man vs. Magneto, that is SO mismatched that I have to assume some sort of technological equalizer. An "anti-magnetism force field," or somesuch. Otherwise it's over pretty fast!
Also, Thing vs. Colossus would be a nice bout, but the Juggernaut power is a game-changer.
