Groo Vs. Conan #3

Bodies #3 - What Cap said.

Outcast #4

Saga #23

Circus - I don't know if I ever dreamed of running away to join them. Then again stories about them in which bad things happened never turned me off to them either. Sure the games are rigged, but when you beat them anyway to win a 50 cent prize. Not a much better feeling.

Also, here's the answer to all those who say DC would do better to write and draw stories like those of their youth (or just reprint those stories endlessly). Sorry, guys, the upbeat, charming, square-jawed heroism of the Silver Age just doesn't sell any more.

Something I've been saying for years.

Carmine Infantino - It took me years to appreciate his art, but I really do now.

That Red Sonja cover is the first Jenny Frison cover I really like.

Sorry Marvel your 2 month or so break from the Loki series was just enough to keep me from coming back. I am officially not collecting any Marvel right now.

Funny, on some of the covers shown I get a negative effect with the colors reversed. I didn't notice that till now.

GI Joe #1

Saga #23

Amazing X-Men #11

Cyclops #5

Edge of Spider-Verse #3

Guardians of the Galaxy #19

New Warriors #10- unlike Travis Herrick, I'm picking up a lot of Marvel titles these days

Armor Hunters #4

X-O Manowar #29

Lumberjanes #6

Steed & Mrs. Peel #3

and I may take a look at shelf copies of Low #2 (2nd printing) and #3

Not sure what future All New Invaders have with the changes to Namor and Steve Rogers.

I like Mighty Avengers, Amazing X-Men, Loki and Storm.

Star Trek: City on the Edge of Forever is a great read and the ongoing series is in a fun arc right now.

I'm seriously thinking of dropping the majority of DC's titles and that depresses me!

Aliens: Fire & Stone #1
I'm interested on how all the titles in this tie together. If you haven't pick up Dark Horse Presents 2014 #2. There's an interesting bit in there that links to the Fire & Store storyline.

Batman '66 #15
Still loving this series. :D

This cover looks vaguely familiar, but I guess any cover with a superhero team and a gigantic foot is bound to look pretty much the same.

It might be a homage to X-Men #108 (a Dave Cockrum cover, John Byrne's first issue), on which the X-Men are being scattered by a giant fist. Colossus and Storm are in similar places.

ALL NEW GHOST RIDER #7 I actually have read the previous issue already and I loved the Damion Scott artwork. No surprise, as I was a huge fan of his work on Batgirl (back in the 90's) and his issue of Solo. It fits really well on a title like this.
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #1.5 WHEN will this awful story be OVER? I get this one automatically because I have Amazing Spider-Man on my pull list, but the disparity between this story and the main title is huge. I hate this story. It is horrible, retconning in a way that doesn't help anything at all, and worst of all, BORING.
CYCLOPS #5 Love this book. I hate that the artist was taken away by Girl-Thor, though.
EDGE OF SPIDER-VERSE #3 (OF 5) I have two of these unread in my stack already, but I like the idea of this book. I'm looking forward to the Gwen Stacy issue (came out last week) in particular.
GUARDIANS OF GALAXY #19 I'm a sucker for Guardians for the foreseeable future. But Venom isn't helping anything at all.
INHUMAN #6 I'm reading this one based on my trust in Charles Soule. I have the previous issue, but haven't read it yet. Plus Ryan Stegman's art is a big help.
MIGHTY AVENGERS #14 Most underrated title at Marvel. I hope the relaunch with Falcon-Cap will help bring attention to this book under the writing of Al Ewing!
NEW AVENGERS #24 Love this book--and I'm hoping for some kind of conclusion sometime soon...like about three issues ago.
SIMPSONS TREEHOUSE OF HORROR #20 Always a star-studded list of creators on this book. A horrific way to lead in to the Halloween season.

By Golly, I think you're right, Luke -- this cover must have been the one tickling the back of my head.

Is Fire & Stone Prometheus-related?
