  • OK. Cool. I hope some of the newer characters like Stargirl, Power Girl and the new Doctor Mid-Nite find a home somewhere, though. With appropriate changes, they could be made to fit into a new DCU.
  • Outstanding!
  • Hooray for the JSA coming back!

But I do have some concerns.

Didn't Roy Thomas cover a lot of that ground to begin with in All Star Squadron, or is Robinson planning to stick strictly with the JSA this time?

Any idea where Doc read that? And WHICH Earth 2? Pre-Crisis on Infinite Earths or one of the post-Crisis (Infinite, Final, etc) variety?

And as for "appropriate changes", that's a whole other discussion entirely.

  • LINK
  • That link doesn't actually explicitly say that it'll be set in WWII -- only that they're World War II - era heroes.

I'm really psyched about this -- it's a great creative team, and the JSA will be in a setting where they won't be overshadowed by the JLA. Great news, IMO.

  • I am decently excited about this. I've really missed seeing Nicola Scott's art.
  • Yeah, I'm glad she'll finally be on a book I want to read again!

I believe her last book was Teen Titans.
  • It would be nice if this means the return of Kal-L and the rest, including Power Girl.
