I don't think so (although his diary came back to haunt the JSA).

You could say "Jim Wilson Dead."

There was a new Batman on the new Earth-2, but they killed him, too!

They said they're bringing back the old JSA (although they'll no longer actually be old) so who knows?

Or "Fred Foswell dead".

Supporting characters tend to stay dead, although there are exceptions (Welcome back, Harry Osborn!)

or "DC continuity dead"

Ha! I honestly laughed out loud at that.

Come to think of it, there was a second Batman on the new Earth-2 after the first one died, but he died in Convergence. Man, dead Earth-2 Batmen are stacking up like Legos!

Funny, the reason I thought of this is because I just picked up the first issue of the "America vs the JSA" mini!
