This has always been one of my favorite FF covers and I recently found a library with an overhead scanner so I could scan the oversized treasury editions. Anyone know who drew this?

My guess is John Buscema with Joe Sinnott inking. That looks like a Buscema Thing to me.
Edit: I thought I should take a guess before looking it up at the GCD. The GCD says John Romita, pencils and inks. Comparing it with the covers from his brief run on the title I can't exclude that, but compare the Thing on the cover of #107 (Buscema/Sinnott) to the Thing here.
Reed and Johnny look like Romita's work. The faces are what confirms it for me. Sue is a bit harder to pinpoint; her face looks a bit muddled, but it could be Romita.
The Thing on the other hand, does not look like a Romita drawing to me at all.
The Thing looks to be very hard to draw.
