I remember David Hedison from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, when I was really too young to know what was going on. But I remembered him when he showed up as Felix Leiter in a couple of Bond films. He was 92.

I first became aware of him in Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.
He was also the titular character (who peeps "help me") in the original 1958 movie The Fly. He used the name Al Hedison at the time.
