I've just been reading Skaar Son of Hulk #7, which Marvel currently has up in the free digital comics section of its website. It's very much like a barbarian comic, with Skaar a cross between the Hulk and Conan. The art, by Butch Guice, is excellent (I thought I could see a Neal Adams influence in there.) The issue is action-oriented, with a good twist at the end. One sequence has a great streak of surreal imagination.
