The game consists of adding new episodes to those which have been suggested. For example: the first player might post:
A new, female Green Goblin hits New York. Spider-Man tries to capture her, but also finds himself attracted to her. Disturbed by this, he visits a psychiatrist as Spidey to talk about it. The psychiatrist puts him into a trance, and then takes out a mask, revealing - she is the new Goblin! What happens next?
The conclusion: Spider-Man cradles the Goblin in his arms as she dies.
The next poster might reply:
The Goblin instructs the hypnotised Spidey to allow her to capture him. He awakens and leaves. Later, he decides he's attracted to the Goblin because he finds her sad, but powerful. When they next fight he lets her win, thinking she’ll take him to her hideout. Instead, she immobilises him with his own webshooters and throws him off the George Washington Bridge, saying “Vengeance is mine - at last!” What happens next?
And so on. The rules are:
1.All posts must be seventy-five words or less long (not counting statements of your score).
2.All posts must end on a cliffhanger, except posts that end a story.
3.Any post that starts a new story should also state how the story will end (as above).
4.You may end a story at any time, as long as you bring it to the foreordained conclusion.
5.You may not continue a story immediately after your own post (resolving your own cliffhanger), but you may start a new story if you ended the previous one.
6.You are not allowed to end one story and start another in the same post.
Scoring:
Posts that continue a story are worth 1 point.
Posts that end or start a story are worth 3 points.
If someone posts ahead of you, you lose the points you would otherwise have made.
For each rule you break, you lose the points you would otherwise have made.
Whoever is ahead at the end of a week wins.
Feel free to take the stories in any direction you like, but please keep things clean.

A new, female Green Goblin hits New York. Spider-Man tries to capture her, but also finds himself attracted to her. When a fight takes them into the bay she is apparently killed. Left with her mask, Spidey takes it home to study. Suddenly, the Goblin’s voice comes from it, saying that it’s stuffed with electronic devices, and she now knows his secret identity!
The conclusion: Spider-Man cradles the Goblin in his arms as she dies.
Peter, realizing that he has been careless, decides to do whatever he can to discover the identity of the new goblin
and get back his secret identity. He takes the mask and webslings over to the headquarters of the Fantastic Four, where he hopes to consult Reed Richards. Only, when he arrives, he sees Ben Grimm on the roof, fighting for his life against an unknown alien foe.
Spidey helps the Thing defeat the alien. They deposit it in a cell, but the alien is really the Space Phantom. He escapes by switching places with a cockroach.
Valeria shows Spidey how to track the mask’s transmissions. When he leaves the Phantom switches with her and uses a blaster on the Thing. Spidey spots the flash and comes back, finding the Thing unconscious. He tells “Valeria” he’ll protect her… “she” prepares to blast him…
