I mean, to paraphrase Jerry Seinfeld, what's the deal with all these redheads at Marvel that look alike? MJ, Bethany, Jean Grey, Madeline Pryor, and I'm betting there's more.

I guess that's what happens when artists draw "generic" comic-book faces instead of basing their characters on real people.
Of course, a few years back, I came to the realization that MJ may have been based on Ann-Margaret Smith. This crossed my mind when I was watching her in MURDERERS' ROW (1966). It's the combination of the timing of that film and her personality in it that got me thinking.
