Comic Trader/Marketplace entry

Help, I can't find the place where we used to post requests for help to locate specific issues or collections...not that it ever got much traffic.

I need a little help here, and don't know where to post this.

I bought the first Atlas Masterworks volume #68 that reprinted  the Tales of Suspense #1-10.... and while doing some cross checking, looking for a story for a fellow board member, I noticed a printing error.

The table of contents in the TTS volume is EXACTLY the same as the TTA volume that preceeded it.

That is, who ever was preparing the next volume of the first ten TTS stories, never updated the listings for the table of contents. Or, mistakenly took the old file thinking it had been re-done.  The end result is that there is no correct table of contents in my copy of  Marvel Masterworks #68.

So, could I ask someone who has a correct copy of this volume to photo copy out the 3  page Table of Contents and send it to me. A LEGIBLE email scan would work, and I can print out a paper copy to fold in half and stick in the front of the book... or mail me paper photo copies and i'll do the same. ANY help would be appreciated.

It just makes quick surveys and research for those initial ten stories so much harder without the same information on hand.

Thanks for your help. (Or should I just write directly to Marvel's Masterowrks Editor for this?)

PS: There have been many errors and mistakes in the 200 volume Masterworks series. Do we need a thread to list them all?
I can think of several in addition to the one above: An early DD volume with an all red page reprinted incorrectly in DD #5.

The FF's first meeting with Dr. Doom from FF #5 has four pages printed out of order.

Some scans of early Spider-Man issues had the footnotes changed to reflect the reprint series numbers or update to more topical reference of movie/TV stars and they made it into the Masterworks volumes as well!

  • Upon second thought, perhaps the table of contents is correct, with titles and page numbers, but they've misidentified the Series Title (Tales to Astonish instead of Tales of Suspense) in EVERY LISTING!  Go figure!

Still would like some help on this, guys...
