I found a bad copy of this comic yesterday in the dollar bin at the comic book store. Bad but readable and scannable so I got it. If nothing else it has a great panel where Superman is flying off with the Daily Planet building and Perry White shouts "Superman you idiot! You put that building back at once!"
There was also a cute back up story with Supergirl being elected president of a planet where teenagers ruled.

The plot was that everyone was doing Candid Camera stunts. Fish in the water cooler of the press room, Jimmy with a lighter that shoots flame 2 feet, At one point Clark is changing to Superman when Funt opens the closet door and sees him. Clark had to do some fast footwork to convince Funt that the joke was on him. Including at one point wearing Superman's shirt and cape with a pair of Batman's trunks.
