As much as he drives me crazy with his personal antics...I would totally buy another Captain America/Batman team-up comic from him...oh, and thanks for Alpha Flight, Mr. Byrne...I loved that book.
The Krypton Companion from Twomorrows features a round table discussion among various folks who have worked on Superman related material over the years. At one point Byrne mentions his proposal for a Superman/Captain America story as a sequel of sorts to the Batman/Captain America book. I'd love to see that one.
