Just some comments on Jan/Feb Bat-titles:

Detective Comics Annual #12/Batman Annual #28: The Two Batmen are in France. They set up the French representative of Batman, Inc, a new hero, Nightrunner. I have to admit that I was under-whelmed. Like the Japanese Batman, I prefer his original look to another Bat-suit. The French had super-heroes before, why resist it now? The new Question is being twisted into something that she shouldn't be but I will wait and see.

Detective #872: Solid New Batman tale. Good interaction with Oracle, Alfred and Harvey Bullock. Yet another menace that's been around for decades. What has Bruce been doing? The Return of the Crowbar: gimmick or item of evil power?

Batman-The Dark Knight #1: Not to beat a dead horse, but yet another woman from Bruce's past with the Eisnerish name, Dawn Golden. We'll see hoe David Finch is as a writer and if this seemingly redundant Bat-book is necessary. Another point crosses over to Batman-Streets of Gotham #18. There the Penguin is portrayed as a comic figure, part of the sleepwalkers, dressed in a nightcap and penguin pajamas, disrespected by Batman and the police but in Dark Knight, he is a grotesque figure of evil intent. Can't have it both ways, guys! Still more backstory to the Waynes and Hush, hoping for a good payoff as the book is ending soon!
