Any Chicago-area folks planning on going to C2E2 next weekend? (Or non-area folks making the trip to Chicago to go, too, of course.)

Just wondering if I should keep an eye out for anyone as I walk the aisles... :)

    Jen and I just sat down with the schedule to pick which events we wanted to go to...and pretty much, we have to be in three places at once nonstop from 11 a.m. 'til about 7 p.m....

    Oh, there are a lot of awesome programs......

    I'm a little jealous, Alan. The Portland Comic Book Show is nice but it's mostly just a dealers' room. Actual activities are pretty uncommon. I'd enjoy attending one of the big shows someday, attend panels, and meet more than the local creators who usually show up for the local shows. I like them, don't get me wrong, but it's rare for a Big Name (other than Bendis, darn it) to appear in Portland.

    So one bit of news I heard today: Matt Fraction is bringing back Casanova as a title in Marvel's Icon imprint. That surprised me when I saw/heard it.
