Many kudos to the GCD for providing the art credit on this comic. Honestly, I am not even a Mod Squad fan. I was just so happy that a series existed for the TV show I just had to have it. I was more surprised it actually lasted 8 issues, but according to GCD the last two issues were reprints. I guess it wasn't very popular.
Two completely average stories though. In the first story the trio are sent to investigate the death of a sky diver who dies during a jump just before he testified in the Condese trial. They take some sky diving lessons themselves, and they are eventually forced at gunpoint to sky dive with Condese into Mexico. They of course foil the plan.
The other story involved them infiltrating a biker gang, Mephisto's Mob. More unbelievable of the two stories as they really don't question as to why Pete wasn't arrested during a big melee when the cops showed up and busted everyone else.
The art on the comics would adequate at best. Nothing spectacular in story or art, but I really dig that cover.

You mean 1968, don't you Travis?
Peggy Lipton reminds me of a blonde Susan Dey.
It's been groovy!
You're right Philip. I've corrected the original post. Thanks for keeping me in line.
