There really isn't a whole lot of information about this comic out there. This was published by the same company that puts out Thrasher Magazine, a slick mag about all things skateboarding. You could have knocked me over with a feather if you told me there was a comic book just about skateboarding, let alone one that ran for 9 issues! This was the last one

Since this is an anthology you get the usual mix of good and bad. The first story (by unknown artists) is “Granny McGurk” in which we all learn a valuable lesson. We need to include everyone who is capable into our group for the big skate competition. Once we let the, yuck, girl in, we still lose. Oh well. The art is okay, and reminds me a bit of Spain Rodriguez.

“Revenge of the Underground Skate Zombies” by E.C Hudson is this weird little tale of a skateboarding private detective who is hired by a little hottie to find her brother. He does. Meh, I didn't care for it at all.

Now “Ollie Baba and the 43 Thieves” I thought was a pretty nice riff on the Arabian Nights tale with magical skateboards, 43 thieves, and genies. Dan Sites wrote and drew it. The art it a clean style that is a bit cartoony.

The last story was “Bonzo” by DM2 (just a guess on trying to read it)? It is a skateboarding clown. Another one I didn't care for, and the art didn't do much for me either.

There are also a couple of one-pagers which were okay I guess. While this comic is so-so, I can't recommend it, as I would say there is more bad than good. A really cool cover though that looks it is airbrushed.
