Buffy - Season 9 (spoiler thread)

OK...I feel off the Buffy comic wagon quite a few months ago...around the time Dawn was a centaur.  Since Whedon was back with this issue, I thought I'd give it go...especially since the recent Angel & Faith #1 was fun. 

 

One big thing...does it seem that Buffy has taken quite a few steps back in maturity to anyone else.  She seemed a bit to happy-girly for all she's done and seen.  Maybe SMG's narcotics-addicted Bridget in Ringer colored my perception...

 

BUT...the final page was one of the best this year...so, I'm in for awhile at least.

We bought Season Eight in trade; Tracy has read the whole thing, but I stopped about half way through when I started losing the story. I meant to go back and re-read the whole thing, but now I feel as if I need a refresher on what happened in TV season seven! One of these days, one of these days...
