“Trinity War” is upon us!

Tomorrow, the comic book event of the summer kicks off in JUSTICE LEAGUE #22. What happens when the Justice League, the Justice League of America and the Justice League Dark all go into battle with one another? Who's who in the Justice League?

You have questions – and we have some answers from the man behind “Trinity War” – Geoff Johns!

DC Entertainment's Chief Creative Officer and the writer of JUSTICE LEAGUE and JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA breaks down the basics on “Trinity War,” the three Justice Leagues and how this summer's epic event leads into September's villain-centric FOREVER EVIL in this exclusive animation clip. The video serves as the definitive crash course on all things Justice League, “Trinity War” and The New 52 before you head to comic shops tomorrow to pick up part one of “Trinity War.”

  • Well if the heroes are dumb enough to knock each other off I'm glad the villains will win.  I'd love to see how Waller deals with Luthor after he's manipulated her into knocking off his enemies.  I am sooooo tired of heroes fighting each other.

  • You know, I'd really love to get excited about something that DC is doing.  Instead I see three titles I won't be picking up for a bit.

  • They've been hyping this for well over a year now. Unfortunately, in the time since the hype began, I've lost all interest.

  • As I understand it, what Trinity War would be changed from what they planned it to be when it was announced to what it eventually became. That's not a good sign.

OTOH, "Age of Ultron" was delayed so long that they had to make major substitutions for characters no longer available, and I haven't seen too many complaints about that.

  • I was hoping that Ultron would win in Age of Ultron, particularly after the murder of Hank Pym.

  • Not to veer completely off the path here, but I did read Age of Ultron just because I've loved most of the Marvel Now movement. I thought it was pretty disappointing. I'm a big fan of most of what Bendis has done on most of his projects, and I don't expect all of them to hit me equally, but it seemed like ten issue of what could have been done in about four.

  • I haven't read it yet, so no spoilers!
