I think that Previews is supposed to come out today or next Wednesday (although I am pretty sure it IS today) and now solicitations link on here yet. Did DC not have any solicitations link or what is up with it?

No, it's definitely late. I went to my LCS last Thursday and it wasn't out. The owner said it would out next Wednesday, which is odd because Previews is supposed to be available the last week of the month. It definitely throws off my schedule because I pick up my books once a month.
Is anything major or "secret" happening in December?
It seems like once or twice a year Previews gets pushed to the first week of a month.
DC released its solicitations digitally yesterday (Oct. 4), and Image was late too. I'll have both of them up tomorrow (Oct. 6). Archie doesn't release them digitally any more, so don't wait for those!
