Joe Simon vs. Marvel over Captain America (more than one lawsuit);
Steve Gerber vs. Marvel over Howard the Duck;
Siegel & Shuster vs. DC over Superman;
a DC editor (Jack Schiff, I think) vs. Jack Kirby, the suit that led Kirby to flee DC for Marvel in the late '50s;
and the big one, DC vs. Fawcett over Captain Marvel.
