Doctor Who Reactions: "Kerblam!" (SPOILERS)

3)"The People's Republic of South Yorkshire"?

 

4)"How would you like a warning for insubordination?" "I'd love one,  I could add it to my collection!"

 

5)"Talking about wasps, did I ever tell you about me and Agatha Christie?"

 

Overall:  Not  a bad episode, but probably my least favorite of this run. I may give this one a re-watch.

    I rewatched this one tonight, for the first time since it originally aired. Now that I'm more familiar with this Doctor and her companions, I think I was paying more attention to story and tone than I did the first time around.

    And what struck me was just how "Classic Who" it all felt. Granted it's only 60 minutes (ish), so it's cursed/blessed with "New Who" compression, but something about it just felt very, very retro. And I mean that in a good way.
