Here's a thread to let people know of upcoming and recently released comics that can be picked up and enjoyed, no strings attached, with nothing more to buy, ever! No salesman will visit your home!
The first alert goes to Superman/Batman #10 (on sale April 30), which looks to be a fill-in written by Jeff Lemire and drawn by Karl Kershl. Something's wrong inside Batman's body, and it's up to Superman & Ray Palmer to shrink down and venture inside him to fight the microscopic threat. Not the most original plot, and not even original to these particular characters, but it's a chance to see the New 52 Ray Palmer again, and that's not nuthin'!
Here's Newsarama's link.
Please share future done-in-ones as you see them!

Karl Kerschl's art may get me to pick that one up all by itself.
It's definitely a plus!
It looks like this week's issue of Catwoman (#29) is a done-in-one fill in written by Sholly Fisch, who's done some great work on backups in Action Comics and DC's all-ages books (Including Batman: Brave & Bold and Scooby-Doo Team-Up). I haven't picked it up yet, but it might be worth a look!
I picked up Catwoman 29, and it *is* done-in-one... a perfectly satisfying story, if not a particularly groundbreaking one. And it looks like it might feature the New52 origin of another Batman villain (who I don't think has appeared to this point, but who knows)?
So if you're looking for a no-strings-attached Catwoman heist story, this isn't a bad bet.
The first two issues of Moon Knight have been done-in-one issues. Both are written by a guy named Warren Ellis and drawn by Mr. Declan Shalvey (Venom). They are beautiful.
Thanks, Jeff!
This week's issue of Astro City (#11) is a done-in-one, starring the Silver Adept (a master of the mystic arts) and, more importantly, her personal assistant, Raitha. It's fantastic, and a great introduction to the style of storytelling the title excels at.
Anyone know if this week's Batgirl Annual is a done-in-one? I flipped through it and saw a "The End" on the last page, but I think the solicitation said it was the start of a new storyline, so I left it on the shelf. Has anyone read it and offer some insight?
Thanks!
