The Hawkeye: Blindspot mini is both a great read and a frustrating one as well. This is the *SPOILER* here though it may be a little obvious. Hawkeye is going blind due to an injury suffered during Widowmaker. Tony Stark creates a device to help him see better, though if he could do that, why couldn't he do it to help the other seeing-impaired people? Maybe you just have to know him! ;-)
We see Clint ruminate about his life; his bad childhood, the circus, the Swordsman, Iron Man, etc. He fluctuates between hyper-confidence and insecurity. We learn Jarvis helped him in Avengers #16 and why he rebelled against Captain America. A big reason was that he wanted to battle along side Iron Man, Thor and Giant Man and prove himself to them!
There is also a murderous archer who is revealed to be a character long thought dead. This wouldn't be so bad but they did the same thing in Widowmaker! Also the blind Hawkeye was done several times already, recently in the "Old Man Logan" issues in Wolverine.
Anyone else reading this? Opinions?

In cases like that, I always figure that he could make one such device because it's prohibitively expensive to make enough to help everyone. Also figure the device calls for rare elements or difficult to create components.
Likewise Barbara Gordon; with all the technology available in the DC Universe, there's no reason she should ever have been in a wheelchair.
Tony Stark comes up with his seeing-eye tech pretty fast!
I also thought they gave up on the idea of an operation fairly quickly! For someone whose head was injured, Commander Rogers sure was willing to beat some sense into it!
